The C-FLEX Jumper arrives in ICAPE Group’s product range !
Compact reliable and European-made flexible circuit
ICAPE Group expands its high-reliability interconnection solutions with the launch of C-FLEX Jumpers, a new generation of flexible PCB jumpers designed and manufactured by ICAPE MMAB, the Group’s European PCB facility based in Malmö, Sweden.
Engineered to offer an alternative to wire harnesses and connectors, C-FLEX provides a thin, lightweight, and solder-ready solution for connecting multiple printed circuit boards (PCBs) with outstanding mechanical and electrical performance.
Compact design, strong performance
The C-FLEX Jumper is built using parallel copper conductors laminated between Kapton® polyimide insulation layers, forming a flexible and robust interconnect ideal for demanding environments.
Its low profile (0.25 mm), high vibration resistance, and broad temperature range (-55 °C to +105 °C) make it perfectly suited for aerospace, defense, rail, industrial automation, and any application where space, weight, and reliability are critical.
Available in two standard pitches (1.27 mm – CF1 and 2.54 mm – CF2) C-FLEX jumpers are fully customizable in length, copper thickness, and termination shape to fit specific mechanical or assembly constraints. Customers can choose between ENIG or Bright Tin surface finishes for maximum solderability and corrosion resistance.

Manufactured entirely at ICAPE MMAB, ICAPE Group’s production site in Sweden, each C-FLEX jumper benefits from European process control, tight dimensional tolerances, and traceable materials.
This in-house production ensures fast lead times, consistent quality, and compliance with the most demanding standards for high-reliability electronics.
