Within our Chinese office of 220 employees, you are the Technical Director of our PCB Service Office with 100 people. You will have a double mission:

You are responsible for all technical departments in order to ensure optimal service levels to all ICAPE Group subsidiaries.

You must also ensure our network of PCB manufacturer partners and you participate as well as apply our Group suppliers’ policy

You have a true sense of the end result and customer satisfaction and are constantly looking to improve your team and working environment.


Located in Chang'An, Dongguan (south of China, near Shenzhen), you will be in charge of:

• Implementing the supplier strategy defined by ICAPE Group Management.

• Following-up and developing the supplier network.

• Monitoring supplier network quality performance and interventions in case of quality trouble.

• Ensuring new suppliers’ qualification and validation.

• Taking all the necessary actions to develop the business and optimize continuously our quality of service.

• The security of the employees and properties under your responsibility.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree, Engineering degree or equivalent in industrial business

• Extensive experience in a managing position

• Minimum 5 years working experience in a PCBs manufacturing environment

• Excellent technical understanding of PCBs

• English proficiency is mandatory. French or Chinese is a plus

• Beyond your managerial and technical skills, you are curious and reactive

• Good communication skills

RESPONSABILITIES

Communicate with the Asian Business units and develop the marketing strategy for Asia.

Analysis of the competition on the Asian market for PCB and technical parts.

Write and follow up the Asia Marketing action Plan (marketing campaign, action, brand positioning in Asia, budget follow up)

Create and develop ICAPE Group recognition in Asia.

Establish and maintain relations with the press and the media in Asia (organize meetings, visits, etc.)

Visit our factory partners (for information, photos and recover specific PCBs for our showroom)

Creation and writing of various documents to support our Asian sales team. (ex: sales pitch for Asian countries)

 

For the support of Operational Marketing actions:

Coordinate and organize international trade fairs, Technical Days

Management of bi-monthly newsletters (creation, development).

Creation and redaction of various documents to support our international sales team)

Stock management with European Business Unit

 

Profile:

Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree

A minimum of 2 year of experience in Marketing is required

Knowledge of Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Fluent in written and spoken French and English (TOEIC > 800)
