RESPONSIBILITIES
The Quality manager is responsible for overall development, implementation, and maintenance of organization’s Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure that organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/ legal requirements

Job description:

Candidate must be willing to travel to the office daily in downtown Indianapolis or Austin.

Seeking an energetic sales person with at least 1 year sales experience who is interested in building a significant business with ICAPE Group.

Prospect Midwest States with Multiple day overnight travel.

Develops existing customers

Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.

Prepares quotations and carries-out commercial negotiation with both clients and suppliers.

Leads customer communication and problem solving in coordination with other departments.

Conducts customer satisfaction surveys, and assists in analyzing and improving customer satisfaction.

Weekly travel involved to visit customers and prospects. Candidates must have their own reliable vehicle and willing to travel frequently.

We offer initial salary (30-36K annual) plus Commission, plus travel expense reimbursement.

Candidate must be willing to travel throughout assigned territory and occasionally to Asia (China). Must be legal to work in the USA.

MOST IMPORTANTLY Candidate must be willing to make cold calls. This job has unlimited income potential for someone that is motivated to putting in the work

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Prospect new accounts to bring new business.

- Participate in the development of turnover with your OEM and EMS customers to increase current business.

- Manage customers portfolio.
