ICAPE Group Expands in Southern Europe with TEKUBE
ICAPE Group announces the signing and closing of an agreement with TEKUBE SRL in Northern Italy for the takeover of its printed circuit board (PCB) buying and reselling activities, serving 30 active clients by the end of 2025.
This strategic move reinforces ICAPE’s presence in Southern Europe, one of the Group’s priority markets, and supports its continued focus on profitable growth.
Strengthening a Key Market Position
The transaction, jointly led by ICAPE’s M&A teams and Pascal Lequerre, EVP Southern Europe, includes the acquisition of TEKUBE’s assets, which generated an estimated €2 million in revenue in 2025.
In parallel, ICAPE has recently expanded its regional salesforce with experienced industry professionals, further strengthening its already high-performing local teams.
The acquisition aligns with ICAPE’s objective of achieving €30 million in external growth by 2026. Fully financed with equity, the deal will enable us to generate strong operational, geographic, commercial, and purchasing synergies.
