Develops existing customers

Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.

Prepares quotations and carries-out commercial negotiation with both clients and suppliers.

Leads customer communication and problem solving in coordination with other departments.

Conducts customer satisfaction surveys, and assists in analyzing and improving customer satisfaction.

Weekly travel involved to visit customers and prospects. Candidates must have their own reliable vehicle and willing to travel frequently.

We offer initial salary (30-36K annual) plus Commission, plus travel expense reimbursement.

Candidate must be willing to travel throughout assigned territory and occasionally to Asia (China). Must be legal to work in the USA.

MOST IMPORTANTLY Candidate must be willing to make cold calls. This job has unlimited income potential for someone that is motivated to putting in the work

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

 

Qualifications:

Some technical knowledge and sales experience required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

High energy level, self-motivated and able to work without day-to-day instruction.

Confident. Strong work ethic. Honesty.

Solid organizational, project, and time management skills with attention to detail throughout the completion of tasks, follow-up is imperative.

Effective territory management skills.

Some administrative reporting duties necessary.

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required if proven experience.

Technical degree will be of benefit, but not required if proven technical sales experience.

A background with electrical/mechanical or printed circuit board fabrication knowledge is a plus, but not required.

In an international work environment and in a context of long-term projects (6 months - 1 year), your missions are mainly:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Prospect new accounts to bring new business.

- Participate in the development of turnover with your OEM and EMS customers to increase current business.

- Manage customers portfolio.

- Issue quotes, negotiate prices.

- Follow-up requests.

- Control the progress of your projects (from 10k to 500kusd per year) relying on a large technical and quality team based in China, with whom you exchange daily.

- Available to travel and visit customers and prospects (50%).

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Sales training and /or Master’s degree in Sales or International Trade, with a successful experience of at least 3 years selling technical products (in the sector of the electronic components will be appreciated)

Bilingual in Romanian, you also speak and write English fluently

Effective territory management skills

High energy level, self-motivated and able to work without day-to-day instruction

Curious and pragmatic, you have proven your autonomy and shown initiative

Driver's license required

Position based either in Romania (Home Office in Timișoara area) or in France (Paris area)
