A falha de CAF reduz a resist\u00eancia e, por fim, cria um atalho entre dois condutores de cobre com polariza\u00e7\u00f5es opostas.<\/p>\n<p>A falha de CAF pode ocorrer entre condutores como: orif\u00edcio revestido para orif\u00edcio revestido, orif\u00edcio revestido para trilha ou trilha para trilha. A cozedura\/secagem da PCB parece ter um efeito revers\u00edvel na primeira fase. Isto refor\u00e7a a import\u00e2ncia de manter a PCB em condi\u00e7\u00f5es secas durante o processo PCBA, bem como durante a vida \u00fatil das aplica\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-78378c5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"78378c5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>A segunda fase \u00e9 o crescimento de cobre por eletromigra\u00e7\u00e3o entre os condutores,<\/strong> que pode come\u00e7ar ap\u00f3s a degrada\u00e7\u00e3o da interface resina\/vidro. Os principais fatores conhecidos que influenciam a segunda fase s\u00e3o a <strong>dist\u00e2ncia <\/strong>entre dois condutores de cobre com polariza\u00e7\u00e3o oposta, a <strong>coloca\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>\/<strong>o \u00e2ngulo <\/strong>entre orif\u00edcios versus a dire\u00e7\u00e3o da fibra de vidro, <strong>a polariza\u00e7\u00e3o da tens\u00e3o, a humidade, a temperatura, <\/strong>e <strong>a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de pH<\/strong>. As condi\u00e7\u00f5es para que os i\u00f5es Cu migrem do condutor com carga + para o condutor com carga \u2013 ao longo da interface entre a resina e as fibras de vidro podem ser comparadas com as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de um processo galv\u00e2nico de revestimento de cobre. Isto reduzir\u00e1 o risco de CAF, aumentando a dist\u00e2ncia entre o cobre. Sempre que poss\u00edvel, evite vias de tens\u00e3o junto a vias de terra. Quando isso for inevit\u00e1vel, n\u00e3o coloque as vias alinhadas com o tecido de vidro. Afaste-as num \u00e2ngulo de 45\u00b0, para evitar a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de CAF ao longo das fibras de vidro. Al\u00e9m disso, recomenda-se que aumente o espa\u00e7amento entre essas vias.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fabrico de PCB:<\/strong> O fabricante deve esfor\u00e7ar-se por limitar\/evitar espa\u00e7os vazios durante o processo de lamina\u00e7\u00e3o. Os par\u00e2metros de avan\u00e7o\/velocidade da broca devem ser equilibrados para evitar qualquer degrada\u00e7\u00e3o nas fases iniciais da interface resina\/vidro. O produto qu\u00edmico para limpar o orif\u00edcio deve ser retirado energicamente antes do revestimento de cobre, para evitar qualquer contacto \u00e1cido entre o FR4 e a parede do orif\u00edcio revestido de cobre. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Montagem de PCBA: <\/strong>Certifique-se de que as PCB est\u00e3o secas antes do processo de soldadura.
