H\u00e1 basicamente 4 tipos de orif\u00edcios de vias:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Through via holes<\/strong> &#8211; orif\u00edcios perfurados mecanicamente que atravessam todas as camadas do empilhamento.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Buried via holes<\/strong> &#8211; orif\u00edcios perfurados mecanicamente que interligam 2 ou mais camadas internas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Blind via holes<\/strong> &#8211; orif\u00edcios perfurados mecanicamente que interligam a camada externa com uma ou mais camadas internas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Microvias<\/strong> &#8211; orif\u00edcios perfurados a laser que interligam uma camada com a camada seguinte no empilhamento. (\u00c9 principalmente poss\u00edvel perfurar microvias mecanicamente, mas \u00e9 muito mais f\u00e1cil e econ\u00f4mico faz\u00ea-lo com laser.) O tamanho mais comum das microvias \u00e9 de 80-100\u00b5m com uma profundidade de 60-100\u00b5m. A rela\u00e7\u00e3o de aspecto \u00e9 a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre o diel\u00e9trico que isola as camadas de cobre e o di\u00e2metro do orif\u00edcio. A maioria dos fornecedores exige uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o de aspecto de 0,6: 1 a 1: 1 e o mais comum \u00e9 0,8: 1 (e. Diel\u00e9trico 80um Di\u00e2metro de perfura\u00e7\u00e3o a laser 0,1mm). A nova gera\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e1quinas de perfura\u00e7\u00e3o a laser pode perfurar vias com di\u00e2metros at\u00e9 40-50um e algumas delas s\u00e3o mesmo capazes de fazer orif\u00edcios simultaneamente de ambos os lados de um material, o que cria a oportunidade de perfurar a laser diel\u00e9tricos finos antes do processo de lamina\u00e7\u00e3o. As estruturas HDI podem exigir que estes passos sejam repetidos v\u00e1rias vezes.<\/p>\n<p>Todas as PCB HDI come\u00e7am com a constru\u00e7\u00e3o das estruturas da camada interna intermedi\u00e1ria e repetem os passos de lamina\u00e7\u00e3o, perfura\u00e7\u00e3o, limpeza e revestimento at\u00e9 \u00e0 conclus\u00e3o do empilhamento final. Vamos mostrar alguns exemplos abaixo.<\/p>\n<p>A constru\u00e7\u00e3o IPC-2226 tipo 1 requer apenas 1 lamina\u00e7\u00e3o, 1 perfura\u00e7\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica, perfura\u00e7\u00e3o a laser de um ou ambos os lados, 1 limpeza de orif\u00edcio, 1 revestimento qu\u00edmico de cobre e 1 revestimento galv\u00e2nico de cobre.
