Working under the Cost Control and Consolidation Group Manager, you will supply a complete range of reliable and relevant economic and financial information to facilitate the management of the company, including entities of the Group in France and abroad, to improve the Group's financial performances.

The company will enable you to progress in a global way and by a strategic and operational approach of the job.

- Elaborate annual and provisional budget, periodic reports, analysis of results and gaps, studies and ad hoc analyzes

- Monitor indicators to evaluate the activity and provide information to the Top Management

- Participate in defining objectives and anticipating results

- Control and analyze the data recorded in our operational tools

- Participate in the optimization of all management control processes and development of all reporting and analysis tools in order to achieve accurate activity monitoring and rigorous cost control;

- Accompany accounting during quarterly closings

- Reevaluate financial forecasts and propose corrective measures to achieve the budget objective

- Ensure the reporting and reliability of all country reports (cash, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, management and forecasts)

- Consolidate and present all the consolidated reports to the Financial Manager

- Facilitate the network of subsidiaries to ensure deadlines are respected, instructions are correctly understood and applied, as well as the quality of the data reported

- Improve existing reporting and management control processes

- Participate in setting up the SAP system in foreign subsidiaries

- Build reports via the BI (Business Intelligence - Analysis for Office) tool by meeting the needs of Management.

Background and skills:

 Student Master 1 or 2 in Management Business School / Finance / Cost Control / Audit

 2/4 years of professional experience in finance/business unit controlling function

 Fluent in written & spoken French and English (write technical documents & reports)

 Proficient Excel skills

 Knowing an ERP as SAP/Navision would be appreciated

 Knowledge of general accounting

 A proactive, determined and persistent team player with good interpersonal skills

 Problem solving approach

In an international work environment and in a context of long-term projects (6 months - 1 year), your missions are mainly:

- prospect new accounts to bring new business

- participate in the development of turnover with your OEM and EMS customers to increase current business

- manage customers portfolio

- issue quotes, negotiate prices

- follow-up requests

- control the progress of your projects (from 10k to 500kusd per year) relying on a large technical and quality team based in China, with whom you exchange daily

- available to travel and visit customers and prospects (about half the time)

You will integrate into a strong and stable professional structure.

Required profile:

Sales training and /or Master’s degree in sales or International trade, with a successful experience of at least 3 years selling technical products (in the sector of the electronic components will be appreciated)

Bilingual in French, you also speak and write fluently English.

You are curious and pragmatic, you have proven your autonomy and shown initiative.

French driving license required.

CIPEM is specialized in the sale of Customized Technical Parts needs making in China for the Electronics sector. 340 people with a turnover €115M in 2017, a leader in Europe and 20% annual growth. As our company is growing, we are looking for a vibrant sales person with sales experience who is interested in building a significant business with CIPEM, to be in charge of the southern half of France.

Location:Chang'an, Dongguan (Guangdong Province), China Department: Sales Service for Russia/Russian Speaking Countries - ICAPE Hong Kong

ICAPE Group is specialized in the sale of Printed Circuit Boards made in China for the Electronics sector. With a workforce of 340 people worldwide and a turnover of €115 million, we are the leader in Europe with an annual growth of 20%. As our company is growing, we are looking for a Sales Specialist in printed circuit sales for our Russian team in China, in order to work with the Russian-speaking countries (speaking the Russian language is essential).

Job responsibilities:

•Develop new customers, offer quotations and follow up existing customers

•Organize and participate in exhibitions, business trips for customer visits

•Initiate sample order reviews, convert, receive and place orders

•Be responsible for the sales revenue of the assigned territory, to meet and exceed annual sales targets

•Prepare quotations and carry-out commercial negotiation with both clients and suppliers

•Lead customer communication and solve problems in coordination with other departments

•Ensure customers' communication and relationship

•Work actively to achieve individual and team sales goals

Professionnal requirements:

•Bachelor in Engineering, Marketing, Business, International Trade

•Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales, preferably in industry. The experience of selling PCB is an asset

•Good communication skills

•You must be fluent in oral and written English, as well as Russian

•Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines

•Ability to work independently and learn quickly
