ICAPE Group announces the signing and closing of an agreement with TEKUBE SRL in Northern Italy for the takeover of its printed circuit board (PCB) buying and reselling activities, serving 30 active clients by the end of 2025.<\/p>

This strategic move reinforces ICAPE\u2019s presence in Southern Europe, one of the Group\u2019s priority markets, and supports its continued focus on profitable growth.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Strengthening a Key Market Position<\/strong><\/h3>

The transaction, jointly led by ICAPE\u2019s M&A teams and Pascal Lequerre, EVP Southern Europe, includes the acquisition of TEKUBE\u2019s assets, which generated an estimated \u20ac2 million in revenue in 2025.<\/p>

In parallel, ICAPE has recently expanded its regional salesforce with experienced industry professionals, further strengthening its already high-performing local teams.<\/p>

The acquisition aligns with ICAPE\u2019s objective of achieving \u20ac30 million in external growth by 2026.
