ICAPE ITALIA
A new chapter!<\/h1><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Eight<\/span> years<\/span> have<\/span> passed<\/span> since<\/span> ICAPE Italia was founded in 2017 in Modena, when our PCB experts\u00a0started the local Business Unit. The company has grown rapidly throughout the peninsula and is now entering<\/span><\/span>\u00a0a new chapter of its history!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Proximity to <\/span>its<\/span> customers<\/span> has <\/span>always<\/span> been a <\/span>fundamental<\/span> cornerstone<\/span> of the ICAPE Group and of the <\/span>strategy<\/span> over the <\/span>years<\/span>, <\/span>combining<\/span> the services <\/span>offered<\/span> with<\/span> the <\/span>needs<\/span> of the <\/span>different<\/span> customers<\/span>, in <\/span>each<\/span> country <\/span>where<\/span> ICAPE <\/span>is<\/span> present<\/span>. <\/span>Through<\/span> the <\/span>daily<\/span> work<\/span> of local experts, more and more clients have <\/span>led<\/span> to the <\/span>hiring<\/span> of more talent, the allocation of more <\/span>resources<\/span> and the acquisition of <\/span>larger<\/span> infrastructures.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In 2023, <\/span>with<\/span> the <\/span>opening<\/span> of a brand new <\/strong><\/span>facility<\/span><\/strong>, <\/span>including<\/span> a large <\/span>warehouse<\/span> and <\/span>with<\/span> two<\/span> new acquisitions <\/span>that<\/span> will<\/span> become<\/span> part of the group in 2024 (P.C.S. and Studio E2<\/span>)<\/span>, <\/span>\u202fICAPE<\/span> Italia has <\/span>strengthened<\/span> its<\/span> position <\/span>with<\/span> a <\/span>historic<\/span> PCB <\/span>company<\/span> and a <\/span>promising<\/span> PCB design studio.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Over the <\/span>years<\/span>, the <\/span>Italian<\/span> facility<\/span> has <\/span>become<\/span> one of the <\/span>most<\/span> successful<\/span> stories <\/span>within<\/span> the ICAPE group, and <\/span>in<\/span> 2025 <\/span>it<\/span> entered<\/span> a new <\/strong><\/span>chapter<\/span> in <\/span>its<\/span> <\/strong>history<\/strong><\/span>:<\/span> new <\/span>organization<\/span>, new services and more <\/span>opportunities<\/span> for <\/span>its<\/span> customers with<\/span> an <\/span>ambitious<\/span> plan to support the <\/span>growth<\/span> of ICAPE <\/span>Italy<\/span>. With<\/span> twenty<\/span> years<\/span> of <\/span>experience<\/span> in the PCB <\/span>industry<\/span>, Pascal Lequerre <\/strong><\/span>believes<\/span> that<\/span> the ICAPE Group <\/span>is<\/span> the <\/span>ideal<\/span> place to <\/span>develop<\/span> his<\/span> strong<\/span> customer-centric<\/span> vision:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>

“<\/span>When<\/span> I <\/span>was<\/span> offered<\/span> this<\/span> opportunity<\/span>, I <\/span>couldn’t<\/span> ignore <\/span>it<\/span>. I have been <\/span>working<\/span> in the <\/span>Italian<\/span> PCB <\/span>market<\/span> for <\/span>almost<\/span> 25 <\/span>years<\/span> and I <\/span>am<\/span> sure of the <\/span>potential<\/span> of a structure like ICAPE. The 2025-2028 business plan envisages <\/span>strong<\/span> growth<\/span> in the <\/span>Italian<\/span> market<\/span>, <\/span>Europe’s<\/span> second <\/span>largest<\/span> market<\/span> for PCB <\/span>purchases<\/span>,” <\/span><\/em>said<\/span> Lequerre. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t

Between<\/span> integration<\/span> and new <\/span>hires<\/span>, the <\/span>existing<\/span> structure of ICAPE <\/span>Italy<\/span> has <\/span>become<\/span> even<\/span> more <\/span>dynamic<\/span>, <\/span>prepared<\/span> and <\/span>with<\/span> a lot of <\/span>experience<\/span>. All <\/span>available<\/span> to <\/span>its<\/span> customers<\/span>. <\/span>With<\/span> three<\/span> designers, <\/span>two<\/span> Field Application <\/span>Engineers<\/span>, a <\/span>quality<\/span> manager and a group of <\/span>dedicated<\/span> sales <\/span>technicians<\/span> located<\/span> throughout<\/span> the country, a large <\/span>warehouse<\/span> and brand new offices, the ICAPE Italia staff <\/span>is<\/span> working<\/span> to <\/span>take<\/span> the <\/span>company<\/span> to new <\/span>heights<\/span>:<\/span> “The <\/span>quality<\/span> of the service and the range of <\/span>possibilities<\/span> that<\/span> the ICAPE Group can <\/span>offer<\/span> with<\/span> regard to <\/span>printed<\/span> circuit <\/span>boards<\/span> and <\/span>technical<\/span> parts are <\/span>simply<\/span> amazing<\/span>. <\/span>Design, <\/span>printed<\/span> circuit <\/span>boards<\/span>, <\/span>customized<\/span> technical<\/span> parts:<\/span> the ICAPE Group <\/span>with<\/span> ICAPE and CIPEM can <\/span>accompany<\/span> its<\/span> customers<\/span> from<\/span> \u202f<\/span>early<\/span> stages of <\/span>their<\/span> projects<\/span> to mass production and <\/span>be<\/span> a <\/span>privileged<\/span> partner<\/span> in <\/span>many<\/span> aspects <\/span>that<\/span> competitors<\/span> cannot<\/span> match,” <\/span><\/em>said<\/span> Lequerre.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>
