Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une finition de surface \u00e0 base d&rsquo;eau et respectueuse de l&rsquo;environnement. Les cartes sont nettoy\u00e9es avant de passer dans les bains, ce qui permet d&rsquo;obtenir une surface parfaitement plane. Ce processus rapide ne n\u00e9cessite pas beaucoup d&rsquo;\u00e9quipement, ce qui rend cette finition rentable. L&rsquo;OSP a une dur\u00e9e de conservation courte et peut \u00eatre sensible aux manipulations. De ce fait, le processus de d\u00e9tourage est effectu\u00e9 avant l&rsquo;application de la finition de surface. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, la finition de surface OSP offre une surface plane, est une solution respectueuse de l&rsquo;environnement et rentable, qui peut \u00eatre r\u00e9activ\u00e9e. Il s&rsquo;agissait de l&rsquo;une des finitions les plus populaires il y a encore quelques ann\u00e9es. M\u00eame si cette finition est robuste, son faible prix s&rsquo;explique \u00e9galement par ses limites. Au cours de cette application, l&rsquo;ensemble du panneau subit une microgravure pour nettoyer la carte, puis b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&rsquo;un enrobage pour faciliter l&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence de la finition de surface. Les cartes sont ensuite immerg\u00e9es dans de la soudure liquide \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tain et sont retir\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de deux lames d&rsquo;air, qui soufflent de l&rsquo;air chaud comprim\u00e9 sur la surface des cartes. La solution sans plomb est un avantage ind\u00e9niable pour les produits \u00e0 haute fiabilit\u00e9. Cependant, avec le nombre croissant de cartes d&rsquo;interconnexion \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9, ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 donne des surfaces irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res et ne convient pas aux composants \u00e0 pas fin. Pour r\u00e9sumer, la finition de surface HASL sans plomb est une technologie largement disponible et une solution peu co\u00fbteuse avec une bonne durabilit\u00e9. Ce processus n\u00e9cessite l&rsquo;utilisation de ruban pour couvrir les contours du circuit, afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter un d\u00e9p\u00f4t d&rsquo;or excessif et parce que l&rsquo;ENIG est un processus de finition co\u00fbteux. Le panneau est immerg\u00e9 dans plusieurs bains. Une couche de 3 \u00e0 6&nbsp;microm\u00e8tres de nickel est d&rsquo;abord d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par \u00e9lectrolyse pour renforcer l&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence. Ensuite, un minimum de 0,05&nbsp;microm\u00e8tre d&rsquo;or est \u00e9lectrod\u00e9pos\u00e9 sur le panneau. Une finition par immersion permet d&rsquo;obtenir une excellente plan\u00e9it\u00e9 et l&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;or assure une grande soudabilit\u00e9. En bref, le processus ENIG est id\u00e9al pour le collage, pr\u00e9sente une grande soudabilit\u00e9, offre une surface plane et une bonne dur\u00e9e de conservation.
