l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique, la demande de circuits imprim\u00e9s HDI a consid\u00e9rablement progress\u00e9, mais l&rsquo;augmentation de la densit\u00e9 sur un circuit imprim\u00e9 est un d\u00e9fi, de la conception \u00e0 la production. Les espaces entre les traces peuvent aller jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 65\u00a0\u00b5m. Les circuits imprim\u00e9s HDI sont compos\u00e9s d&rsquo;un minimum de 4\u00a0couches et d&rsquo;un maximum de 24\u00a0couches, reli\u00e9es entre elles par des trous et des vias, ce qui rend les r\u00e8gles de conception et les processus de production tr\u00e8s complexes.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si la conception est un d\u00e9fi pour les ing\u00e9nieurs avec leurs logiciels, l&rsquo;un des principaux probl\u00e8mes pour la production est de garantir la fiabilit\u00e9 des trous m\u00e9tallis\u00e9s. Le principal probl\u00e8me est li\u00e9 aux vias, aux trous et au processus de placage. Pour assurer une bonne int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du placage des trous, le rapport des dimensions est limit\u00e9 \u00e0 1: 0,8 pour les vias aveugles, la valeur avanc\u00e9e \u00e9tant de 1:1. Les pr\u00e9-impr\u00e9gn\u00e9s standard contiennent \u00e9galement de la fibre de verre, qui est trop \u00e9paisse pour \u00eatre perc\u00e9e au laser.
