Deshalb m\u00fcssen Entwicklungsingenieure eine L\u00f6sung finden, um die auftretenden Temperaturen in einem kontrollierten Temperaturbereich zu halten. Und warum ist dies notwendig? Die Antwort l\u00e4sst sich in einem Wort zusammenfassen: Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit<\/p><p>Viele Komponenten bestehen aus Silizium. \u00dcberhitzung ist f\u00fcr dieses Material absolut zerst\u00f6rerisch. Die optimale Temperatur wird von den Lieferanten der einzelnen Komponenten festgelegt. Eine thermische Erh\u00f6hung um 20\u00b0C kann die Lebensdauer des Bauteils durchaus um 50 % reduzieren. Das hat zur Folge, dass die Gesamtlebensdauer eines Ger\u00e4ts sich auf die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit auswirkt. Hier k\u00f6nnen nun Probleme mit der Garantie auftreten, die letztendlich den Nutzen f\u00fcr den Anwender verringert. Ein kleiner Topf mit Wasser braucht zum Beispiel weniger Zeit zum Kochen als ein gro\u00dfer Topf. Das Kupferinlay wirkt au\u00dferdem wie ein Heizk\u00f6rper und bietet mehr Oberfl\u00e4chenkontakt mit der Umgebung. Kupfer kann auch im Inneren der Leiterplatte \u201evergraben\u201c sein.
