As our company is growing, we are looking for a Sales Specialist in printed circuit sales for our Russian team in China, in order to work with the Russian-speaking countries (speaking the Russian language is essential).
•Develop new customers, offer quotations and follow up existing customers
•Organize and participate in exhibitions, business trips for customer visits
•Initiate sample order reviews, convert, receive and place orders
•Be responsible for the sales revenue of the assigned territory, to meet and exceed annual sales targets
•Prepare quotations and carry-out commercial negotiation with both clients and suppliers
•Lead customer communication and solve problems in coordination with other departments
•Ensure customers' communication and relationship
•Work actively to achieve individual and team sales goals
•Bachelor in Engineering, Marketing, Business, International Trade
•Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales, preferably in industry. The experience of selling PCB is an asset
•Good communication skills
•You must be fluent in oral and written English, as well as Russian
•Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
•Ability to work independently and learn quickly

CIPEM is specialized in the sale of customized technical part needs made in China for the electronics sector.
300 people with a turnover 115M $ in 2017, leader in Europe and 20% annual growth. As our company is growing, we are looking for a vibrant sales person with sales experience who is interested in building a significant business with CIPEM, to be in charge of the southern half of France.
In an international work environment and in a context of long-term projects (6 months - 1 year), your missions are mainly:
- prospect new accounts to bring new business
- participate in the development of turnover with your OEM and EMS customers to increase current business
- manage customers portfolio
- issue quotes, negotiate prices
- follow-up requests
- control the progress of your projects (from 10k to 500kusd per year) relying on a large technical and quality team based in China, with whom you exchange daily
- available to travel and visit customers and prospects (about half the time)
You will integrate in a strong and stable professional structure.
Sales training and /or Master’s degree in sales or International trade, with a successful experience of at least 3 years selling technical products (in the sector of the electronic components will be appreciated)
Bilingual in French, you also speak and write fluently English.
You are curious and pragmatic, you have proven your autonomy and shown initiative.
French driving license required.

In the Purchasing department, you are part of the team implementing the purchasing strategy and the Supply Chain control. Your objective is to guarantee the group's industrial performance while reinforcing and structuring our purchasing department over the long term. As such, your missions are as follows:
- Management of a supplier portfolio
- Quantitative and qualitative objectives
- Benchmarks of existing solutions
- Support for price enquiries and annual negotiations
- Improvement of contractual coverage and renegotiation of contracts
- Ensure operational monitoring, reporting and performance improvement
- Support of the other functions of the company
- Supplier sourcing and new supplier evaluation
Required profile: Master degree in Purchasing or International trade preferably with a successful experience of at least 2 years in the sector of the electronic component, you have bought technical parts: PCBs, cables, connectors, etc.
You speak and write fluently English and have a good oral basis in Chinese and French.
You have a real sense of customer service and negotiation. You are curious and pragmatic. You have proven your autonomy and show initiative. This position is based in China in Dongguan within our services team (200 employees), you will integrate in a strong and stable professional structure.

ICAPE Singapore Team is looking for a vibrant sales person with sales experience who is interested in building a significant business with ICAPE Group.
At least 3 years in sales and marketing of electronic products or related services in the Malaysian and Indonesian Market. Candidates from PCB or EMS industries will be privileged. Mechanics industry can also apply.
Must be fluent in English, Malay and Indonesian (both spoken and written). Chinese (optional) will be appreciated.
Living in Singapore, Malaysia or Indonesia. Willing to travel in this region (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia)

ICAPE Brazil Team is looking for a vibrant sales person with sales experience who is interested in building a significant business with ICAPE Group.
Acting with sales of Printed Circuit Boards and Custom Made Technical Parts produced in China. Manage customer portfolio, issue quotes, negotiation, prospect, follow-up requests, make visits, attend meetings to increase current business and bring new business to the Icape Group.
Availability to travel, own vehicle, portfolio of customers in the electronics segment is desirable.
